SABINA DUMITRESCU
Counselling & personal development
For personal change, relationships, career questions and a clearer sense of direction.
A space to think things through
Counselling can begin with a specific decision or a broader sense that something needs to change. We can explore your situation, what matters to you and the resources you can draw on.
- Self-understanding, confidence and personal development.
- Communication and relationship questions.
- Changes in your personal or family life.
- Workplace pressures, career choices and professional transitions.
- Living across cultures and finding a sense of belonging.
Our first conversation
We talk about your circumstances and what you hope to gain from counselling. It is also a chance to ask questions, discuss practical arrangements and consider whether the fit feels right.
Working together
I use an integrative perspective and adapt our conversations to your needs. We agree on goals, frequency and pace together, revisiting them as our work develops. Where useful, we may include reflection or practice between appointments.
International and corporate experience
My background includes organisational psychology and work in multicultural and international environments. I have worked on assessment centres and development centres for leading multinational companies, alongside training in communication, collaboration and leadership.
This experience gives me a grounded understanding of professional life: diverse teams, changing roles, high expectations and workplace relationships. In therapy, it helps me understand the connections between your personal life, career and organisational context.
Practical arrangements
We can meet in Dorobanți, Bucharest, or online where suitable. English-language sessions are €99 for 60 minutes, by appointment. We discuss confidentiality and its limits at the start.
YOUR FIRST STEP
Let’s start with a conversation.
